The product

What is actually in it

Seven screens. No modules to buy separately, and nothing here that is on a roadmap rather than on a screen.

Overview

Where you land. Pages, quarries, products and priced squares at a glance, with the recent quote requests underneath.

Operations overview, showing counts and the public pages list.

Quote requests

Everything that has come in through a public page, with the product and page it came from. Priced, archived or still to deal with.

Screenshot pending

Quote requests list with states.

Public pages

The pages your customers see. Each one is PIN protected, carries your branding and shows only the products you put on it.

Screenshot pending

Public pages list and a page in its own theme.

Products and pricing

The catalogue. Every product knows its supply quarry, its base price, its tonnage bands and how many priced squares sit behind it.

Screenshot pending

Product catalogue with supply quarry and band coverage.

Quarries

Your origins. Add a site, set what leaves from it, and the map for that origin builds from there.

Screenshot pending

Quarries list with assigned products.

Service areas

The pricing map. Paint squares, set the bands, inspect any square to see why it prices the way it does.

Screenshot pending

Grid and journey time pricing, painted squares and the eleven bands.

Users and access

Who can see prices, who can change them, who can only read. Small teams still need this, usually more than large ones.

What is not in it yet

No integration with transport management systems, no invoicing, no vehicle tracking. It prices delivered loads and it keeps a record of what was quoted. That is deliberate, and if you need the rest we will say so on the call rather than after you have signed.
