You are not doing it. Send us your rate sheet and your quarry list and we load your products, origins and bands before we speak. Most firms are looking at their own prices on the first call. If your rate sheet is a mess, that is normal, and it is still our job rather than yours.
No. One origin and a handful of products is enough to price real enquiries. Most firms add the rest over the first fortnight, as the calls come in.
Change the band once and every page using it updates. The old rate stops being quoted immediately. That is the main reason people move off a printed sheet, because the sheet in the van is always the old one.
Yes. It was built there, so the demo data looks like there, but the journey time model covers Great Britain. Nothing about it is regional apart from our accents.
You can export your products and prices at any point, including after you cancel. We delete the account on request and confirm when it is done. Your prices are yours.

No. Each public page carries its own PIN and its own product list, so a trade account and a one off are not looking at the same numbers.
Not yet. It prices loads and records quote requests. If your workflow depends on a two way link with a TMS, say so on the call and we will tell you honestly whether to wait.
It depends on how many origins and products you run, so we quote it after the call. Monthly fee, no setup charge, stop at the end of any month. We will give you a number on the call, not three days later. For what it is worth, the sum most people do is against one underpriced load rather than against the hours saved.
Stop at the end of the month and take your data with you. There is no minimum term and nothing to unwind. We would also like to know what went wrong, because that is worth more to us than the month's fee.
